Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with NEW DELTA AUTO GLASS LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Mobile Service Disclaimer

We offer

free mobile services

at the customer’s location for convenience. While we strive to complete jobs on-site without issue, we reserve the right to request a reschedule or relocation if:

Weather conditions are unsafe (rain, snow, high winds).The working area is inaccessible or unsafe.Vehicle issues prevent service completion.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are free and based on the vehicle’s make, model, and condition.Pricing is determined case-by-case during inspection or video consultation.Chip repair prices range from $25–$35 and are not covered by our warranty.

4.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and insurance payments (with prior authorization).

5.

Insurance Claims

The customer agrees to:

Provide accurate insurance and vehicle information. Authorize us to submit claims on their behalf. Be responsible for uncovered balances if the insurance does not cover the full cost.

6.

Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all glass replacements for workmanship and leaks, valid as long as you own the vehicle. Chip repairs are not guaranteed to restore full clarity and are not warrantied . Auto detailing services are guaranteed for satisfaction at the time of delivery; no warranty applies once the vehicle is driven or exposed to new conditions.

7.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a $50 rescheduling fee. If we are unable to perform services due to weather, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.

8.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.Disclose any pre-existing damage or aftermarket modifications.Remove valuables before interior detailing. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.


9.

Limitation of Liability

NEW DELTA AUTO GLASS LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, rust, or weakened structural areas that result in breakage during service.We are not responsible for delays due to supply chain issues or third-party authorization delays (i.e., insurance approvals).

10.

Use of Media


We may record videos or take photos of services performed for quality assurance, training, or marketing. You consent to this use unless you opt out in writing.


11.

Privacy Policy

All customer data (emails, phone numbers, addresses) is securely stored and will

never be sold

. We use your information only for service-related communication, marketing (with consent), or insurance processing.

Modifications


These terms may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
